Will our existing data be overwritten?
No. Updates are proposed, your team approves them, and only then do they flow back into your CRM.
How do we send you our data?
Export a file from your CRM and upload it in your dashboard on our secure site. Messy data is fine.
Which CRMs do you work with?
All of them. No CRM is too big or too small. Approved updates come back as a clean file, ready to import.
How often are records updated?
Your records receive ongoing enrichment throughout the year. Every update goes to your team to approve before it reaches your CRM.
Do you identify deceased constituents?
Yes. Deceased records are flagged during enrichment and go to your team to review, so mailings and appeals can be stopped with care.
Are you FERPA and GDPR compliant?
We follow the guidelines of both FERPA and GDPR.
Who owns the enriched data?
Your school does. You own your data and all of the enriched data we add to it.
What happens to our data if we leave?
Download your latest updates from the dashboard, then tell us whether to keep your account active or delete it. Unless you ask us to delete it, your data stays on file for three years.
